i appreciated the hotel's excellent location. It was an easy walk to many of the city's attractions! the self-service breakfast was nice, and having the option to eat in my room was great. i also found some complimentary treats in the fridge, a welcome touch.

it stopped abruptly between floors, so i preferred using the stairs. I would like if it could be fixed.

The location was perfect. All main attractions were close. the hotel itself was very cozy and the rooms seemed like home, not a hotel. breakfast was set up just outside the room, so i could easily take my pick. i could then bring the plate to my room to enjoy breakfast in a cozy kitchenette.

The rooms are quite dark. Some lights were dim.

The breakfast selection was great!!! waffles and pancakes were made fresh. the variety of items allowed for a fulfilling meal. Fresh fruit, pastries, and several drink options are available. the food was amazing!!!

charming stay close to everything

the location was excellent. a tram station was just steps away from the entrance, a huge plus. a chimney cake shop sat conveniently next door, perfect for a quick treat. i found a starbucks right nearby, great for my morning coffee (i appreciate my caffeine).

The pillows were a little uncomfortable. I found myself folding them in half for better support.

the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and thoroughly explained all the amenities. the staff were helpful throughout my stay, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly. the daily breakfast was very convenient.
